Structural analysis

A rite of passage to push the performance limits!

Through finite element analysis (FEM) we can run the structural verification of components and define the best combination of material and geometry.

Since years these techniques have become a "must" in the design of components or systems with the goal of making the prototype as close as possible to the end product.

This allows to prevent additional  development costs, to shorten the experimental stage and the number of components to be tested and, in case of extreme applications such as motorsport or aeronautics, to optimize the component weight with a special focus on reliability.

We also believed in FEM technique as a crucial step in the study and design process, before freezing the engineering drawings.
